This is the worst office i’ve ever been to, their office absolutely sucks 4 hours in the waiting room is ridiculous. I tried to get ahold of them for my quote with the coordinator for yates, For a whole month I couldn’t get ahold of them. WORST EVER TRUST!

HORRIBLE SERVICE- GO ELSEWHERE Was having an overall great experience, until it came down to be scheduled for a follow up appointment, the DR said one thing the assistants said another and the office manager who is rude and condescending said another. Compared to the other 2 locations they have, you can see the inability to manage, of those in charge at this location.
Dr. Yates is fantastic. We traveled from Portland, Oregon when our daughter was just 6 weeks old to have him and partner, Dr. Ziyad Makoshi, perform an endoscopic strip craniectomy for our daughter’s unicoronal craniosynostosis. She’s 10 months old now and doing fantastic; meeting all milestones and having great cosmetic correction from surgery and helmet treatment as well. I cannot say enough good things. Drs.
