This place is obnoxious. When you have an appointment coming up, they remind you by blowing up your phone every day and then start calling your emergency contacts. No thank you. An emergency contact is not a secondary appointment reminder. They should be ashamed of this practice. I will never go bsck.
The staff were super friendly, and really worked with me and my schedule. Richard, the ultrasound tech, was so nice and comfortable. He showed me on the ultrasound what was going on with my veins and arteries. No one has ever taken the time to explain to me the ultrasound, and show me what they were looking at before. I was so grateful to him for that, and for being such a positive and comforting technician. In all, it was a very welcoming place to be.
