Not good service
My husband has been trying to contact this office for almost a week straight and cannot get a single phone number to work. It looks like maybe they need to pay their phone bill. If you actually want your supplies, I recommend taking business elsewhere.
These guys are super nice, very friendly. Don't let the haters fool you, these guys are very professional. Sorry your insurance sucks, don't blame these fine people. They literally just want to help you breethe.
Beware! People who are ill come to High Desert Medical to get supplies....Sick people. Apparently they don't know that. My neighbor needs oxygen. I had an appointment in town. I'm weak from days of fasting and a surgery I had undergone about 20 hours previous. Neighbor asks me to get his O2 bottle exchanged while I'm out and he called these folks to insure it was OK.
