Rude people. Sold me a used machine that doesn't work correctly. It has someone's leftover medical data still on the ssd card and When I asked them for help, they simply told me "Well its yours now. Good luck".
They took my oxygen tank and gave me one of thiers while I was on hospice I was dropped a week ago I told them they can have all of their medical equipment back except my oxygen tank because they took mine the person was rude and yelled at me and said that the oxygen tank was theirs they now call themselves pacific the name was high desert when I got on 2 year’s ago my husband rest his soul bought the oxygen tank for me 14 year’s ago plus I think I’m going to call my insurance and tell them this place was charging them for a... read more
Not good service
My husband has been trying to contact this office for almost a week straight and cannot get a single phone number to work. It looks like maybe they need to pay their phone bill. If you actually want your supplies, I recommend taking business elsewhere.
These guys are super nice, very friendly. Don't let the haters fool you, these guys are very professional. Sorry your insurance sucks, don't blame these fine people. They literally just want to help you breethe.
