I had an appointment set for two procedures, a colonoscopy and an EGD with Dr. Perumalsamy. Prior to the procedures, I had an important question and a valid concern. I made multiple calls and left multiple messages. I would get transferred by the office staff and phone to voice mail boxes. I left messages stating I would have to cancel the procedures if I could not get my question answered. I never heard back so I left another message canceling; still not a word. Tried to make an appointment with them. It took calling them 6 times before either their phone system kept hanging up on me or their office workers did before I got to someone to make an appointment. Went to their office for my appointment on the day and time they stated and they where closed. Called to find out what was going on. I was put on hold and hung up on again. Checked my missed calls they called the day before and never left a message. Extremely unprofessional and will never use them in the future.
I have been a patient of Dr. Pathmarajah for over 10 years. I have been treated for a few conditions. Both Dr. Pathmarajah and his nurse, Mary Lou have treated me with the utmost in professionalism, concern and respect. Dr. Path takes the time to talk to me, invites questions and treats me as if I am the only patient in the world! Each and every procedure has been painless.
