This was the second funeral home I visited after the first one made me feel like I was asking too many questions and didn’t take the time to explain things clearly. Rosalina was patient, kind, and never made me feel uncomfortable for not knowing everything or for not being able to afford extra services. I usually don’t write reviews, but she genuinely made me feel like she cared about honoring my mom, and that meant a lot to me.
Very compassionate and extremely helpful with all of the details. So nice to have the warmth and understanding at a most chilling and confused time. Thanks to Rene for everything.
