My mother passed away on valentines day of this year and Rene Marsh was in charge of her cremation and all paperwork Involved . She was incredibly patient with me and my stepfather that had a hard time understanding the importance of our meeting with Rene and was MIA. She moved appointments around for me when I couldn't locate my stepfather and when I did, Rene was kind enough to take us in so we could move forward with our original meeting.
