Nice, clean facility. I was in Ridgecrest working for a few weeks and felt very welcomed to join their ongoing fitness program/course. Brandon and the other instructors took the time to make sure I understood the exercise and that I was performing it properly. Thanks HDF!

Cleanest gym with the nicest people!! All the equipment you need. Small group classes are a blast and work your whole body out! Trainers are fabulous! Absolutely love it at HDF!
