We went in yesterday looking for our toddler's first bike - which meant we hogged all the customer spots while we were there. We asked a thousand questions and they were all answered patiently, and second opinions were readily given when it was hard to figure out what the right answer for a weirdly proportioned kiddo. Will absolutely head back for our future repairs and bike purchases.
They made my MTB ride like it was new. Just needed a lot a things tightened; they could have sold me a bunch of replacement parts but no, that’s not their way
Great shop and always helpful
This is the first and only bike shop I used to visit for the past 2.5 years. I frequent the west side location and most of the mechanics and probably the owners know me by my name ! coming from a different country and visiting this shop was breath of fresh air ! the mechanics and sales personnel listen to you and give you the best solution possible ! they are very honest and if the parts does not need any replacement they would say so ! unlike the bike shop I visited earlier on the east coast where they try to upsell everyth... read more
