I am so happy I found a place where I can run to when I feel hopeless. Out of all the “mental health treatment” centers i’ve been to this is the first one i’ve been to that actually cares. Staff and everyone is very kind and helpful. Bardell helped me stay calm throughout the intake process. Although it can be uncomfortable at times, they still help and offer lots of resources and support after discharge.

Everyone is super nice and helpful here. I've come here a few times to manage my psychiatric medication when between insurances or providers. I don't understand the bad reviews. Yeah, it's a long wait 2-4 hours, but for a place that will take any patient even without insurance for psychiatric help, I'd say the wait is worth it. No one has ever been rude or unpleasant to me in any way.
