I never write reviews, but for this company I will make a exception. To start, he was on time for his estimate, which I can't say for the other company's that bid for the job. I had a particular large job (large lawn going to rock). When I say large I mean it. Second, when he was underbided by a different company he matched them. However, he knew his worth and would not match a bid that came in even lower. I liked that. Jose, Brian and Brenda and their crew were awesome from day one through out the entire process. They were very friendly and professional. What really stood out for me was that during the initial estimate, Jose listened to my ideas. He didn’t try and sell me some aluminum wood patio cover, like the others did. He took my ideas added his experience and we got the backyard we wanted. Jose came out on time as coordinated and provided a fair price for what needed to be done. My project was a labor intensive project that required no less than 100% effort from the HDAL team. They stepped up to that 100% went right to work and got the job done before anticipated exceeding my expectations. At completion the HDAL team "together" approached me and insisted I walked the job site to inspect their work before they left. I had my garden beautifully landscaped and done by High Desert Affordable Landscaping. They finish the job on time. The crew, Bryan and Jose, are all professional and knowledgeable. I would use them for future projects.
I can't say enough about how good they are in both their desire to make you happy and the work ethics they have. If you ever get the chance to work with Bryan, Jose, Daniel and Javier its has jf they treat you as family and want to make sure you are satisfied and even go above and if you need help with something other than the job they will make it happen.
