Nic is an amazing trainer at HD Fitness. He takes the time to really understand what his client needs and creates an effective plan to help meet your goals. He arrives to every training session with a great structure and really pushes you to get a great workout. HD Fitness is very luck to have him and I recommend him to anyone looking for training sessions.
