I loved this little boutique hotel. From the customer service I experienced from both Cresil and Nana prior to checking in, to the lovely room decor, and value for money, I was very impressed. Both Nana and Cresil were so patient with my many questions about rates, room types and my reservation. The room decor was very modern and nice to look at, the room was a great temperature and the bed was very comfortable to sleep on. Loved the exterior of this heritage building.
