Dufferin Veterinary Services was founded in 1948 by Dr. Dudgeon. A mixed animal practice, he assisted the families of both companion and farm animals with their veterinary needs. In 1972, Dr. Wilson joined the practice, followed by Dr. Pugh in 1976. When Dr. Dudgeon retired from practice in the early 1980’s, Drs. These people charge a lot of money it’s a complete rip off place and they don’t care about your pets. The money is the first thing they care about. The minute you talk back to them right away they don’t want to help you anymore and neither they want to see you anymore. They think they own everything and especially the lady that works in Orangeville location and Shelburne location named Lori be aware of her. Staff were very friendly and helpful when I dropped off a badly injured snapping turtle on a Saturday. They had the OTCC intake form ready and took the turtle in right away to be attended to. Thank you, Kristin and Barbara, for helping the turtle
