worst customer service ive ever had at this store and they do not take pride in what they do i brought my hat here to have it shaped a very expensive Stetson that i got from my father when he passed wanted to wear it for my wedding well i take it in tell them how i want come back and it wrong it was this way 3 times plus i ordered clothes for my wedding and all of them were the wrong sizes i asked if they could fix the issue and get me correct sizes and they refused id have better luck at boot barn this place is a joke
