Excellent staff that is easy to work with and very customer focused. They do not try to sell you something. Instead,they listen to what you are looking for and try to find something that will satisfy you.
We have been shopping at High Country for years and years. Most of the furnishings for our log home came from here. They have a wide variety of styles, excellent quality and great staff!
Absolutely beautiful furniture and I love that so many of their pieces are so unique!
I have been dealing with High Country Furniture ever sense it opened it's door in the little cabin in Dellwood! It has grown with a multitude of expansion and all for the better! WE have purchased several pieces of furniture from Waynesville store and have nothing but great service. The delivery of my sofa and recliners were more than perfect. On time delivery and guys were more than careful with my furniture and getting them in my home! Definatelly will be using them again since we are building a new home in south Georgia!! Thanks for your stores! I could stay in the stores for hours, My husband says "just decide on it so we can go" ! He loves it too!!
The folks here are like my family, so easy to work with and they have great prices and did i mention I love them? Lol
