sold me an expensive lemon, never again
Over the past 6 years I have purchased two trucks from these guys. Haven't had any trouble (ever) from either of them. The most recent I bought not long before Hurricane helene. Running a generator repair service, this truck drove over 7000 miles in two weeks without skipping a beat in the time after Helene. It was a life saver, literally. Im extremely happy with High Country and will always buy my trucks there. The sales staff is the cherry on top. Great bunch of guys.
I own Mr Handyman in Asheville and Hendersonville. I needed a truck and High Country had exactly what I wanted for a fair price. Vehicle is solid. Chris May was terrific. Got me into a great finance deal too. It was painless and easy. I will go back to add another van to my fleet soon. I highly recommend these guys for your work truck needs.
Recently bought a truck from them and have never had a better experience anywhere else buying a vehicle. They didn't hassle or harrass you when you are looking through the lot and they give you honest answers to all your questions. They even told me how to get a better interest rate. We purchased a van from them and had a great experience. We had never owned a used car before and were very nervous about making this purchase. They were very patient and understanding with us and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. They allowed us to take the van to our local mechanic to ensure it was in good shape and even replaced the windshield wipers when we asked them to. There was never any pressure as it took weeks for us to make the final decision. We highly recommend these guys- honest and helpful.
