If I could give a lower rating I would. Their escrow assistant Mae is VERY rude and I hope to never have to do business with her again. If you are looking for business run like it was 1999 this is the place. If you have another option TAKE IT!
I dealt directly with Scott, and was a terrible experience. I deal with dozens of title companies all around the U.S and lets just say this has been the worse I have ever felt. It was a cash transaction too, so you would think it was easy. I even spoke to my realtor about this, and he said he received the same condescending attitude. Would not recommend. To top it all off I send a nice email asking to confirm when they received my wire.... Didn't even get a reply. Quite unprofessional.
