Fantastic servicing, friendly mechanics who did a wonderful job. Especially young mechanic Cooper.Â
Appalling - I was told the scheduled service on my Solterra would be completed by 10.30. On arrival I was then told it would be ready by 11.00. I finally drove out at 12.50. There were no courtesy cars available. This was after last years service had to be rescheduled as the mechanic’s couldn’t get the computer to talk to the car. If you’re going to sell cars you should ensure the mechanics know how to service them. I won’t be back.Â

It would be nice to be informed when booking car in no cash payment for services .as they do not accept cash ??? as i found out yesterday lucky i had a bank card with money on it too pay for it so be warned when dealing with themÂ
