The owner consistently fails to maintain the grounds, I had trees growing into the back of my Rv and grass over 3 ft high and then the owner called me stupid for parking in front of the tree when he told me to park there and it was January when trees are barren and the back of my RV was over 6 ft from the fence and the tree was on the other side of the fence!
