We had fun! Dylan was our tour guide. He was absolutely great as our guide. From the moment we arrived, he made everyone feel comfortable and confident. He gave clear, straightforward instructions, emphasized safety without making it feel intimidating, and made sure every single person in the group was ready before we took off. We came for my bachelorette trip and had SO much fun! We truly could not have asked for a better tour guide. Drew was absolutely amazing! We did the valley tour and it was incredible from start to finish. Drew brought such great energy, made everything seamless, and really went above and beyond to make the day special. She truly made our trip and helped create memories we’ll never forget. Highly, highly recommend!

Six of us just had an awesome tour this week. Ben was our guide / instructor and he was an awesome tour leader with a great combination of patience, professionalism and humor. Despite the above average warm weather and the area being about 5 feet behind in annual snowfall, there was still enough snow for us to have a brilliant 2 hour tour.
