I've been to almost every physical therapy place in Laramie. I decided to give High Country a try, and I've found the best! I was fortunate enough to get Liz, she is amazing!! Getting relief after only my second visit with her! She's really knowledgeable, and excellent on explaining your home routine. She does dry needling to! I highly recommend Liz and High Country!!

I would like to thank the entre staff at High Country Physical Therapy for the excellent care I received there. Everyone there is professional and very caring. I can't thank Elizabeth Scherer, PT, DPT enough for all of her patience and care in my recovery. She understood my knee issues and found underlying causes and improved my quality of life with less pain. Liz is a Rock Star in her profession and you won't find anyone that will care for you more.

Joel did awesome work getting me back into my athletics despite a couple extra injuries along the way. 11/10 would suggest him. Super fun therapists who are only matched by their professional atmosphere.

Very professional and friendly. They make everyone feel so at home. They are so patient with a chatty 9 year old. Because of their hard work, his back is so much better!

I was referred to High Country Physical Therapy for pain in my back and hip when walking. After working just 4 weeks with Joel and Jake, I feel 100% better and have been able to resume my daily 2+mile walks. I feel like my concers have been not only listened to but heard. Joel and Jake have both been very positive and encouraging. Through the exercises they have assigned for homework and with the assistance of the Red Cords, I feel like my brain has been reconnected to my muscles and I understand not only how they are suppos... read more

I had been in terrible pain from using the Statin drug for cholesterol and have since stopped but the pain left me very stiff in lots of joints. The massage and exercises have made a big difference. Today I walked the 1 1/2 miles roundtrip to the mailbox, first time in 6 months. Thank you very much Gretchen!

I would highly recommend High Country Physical Therapy. After just two visits, I've had increased shoulder and neck mobility and a decrease muscle tension. The dry needling and stretches that have been recommended have helped tremendously. The therapist are great and the receptionist is too!

I have been very happy with my experience at High Country physical therapy. They have been thorough and diligent. They have done a good job of explaining things to me so that I understand my treatments. I came to them with balance and dizziness issues, and those have been resolved. I also came to them regarding pain and numbness in my left foot. They have been giving me myofascial manipulation and dry needling treatment. Both of these types of treatments have worked extremely well. I was a little bit apprehensive about the d... read more
