I broke down up at transfer campground with a bad water pump and changing a water pump on a 2002 trailblazer is no easy task even in a shop where everything is right there where you need it. 5 stars is not a high enough rating for the service we received from Joe. He helped us out of a very difficult situation thanks to his patience, persistence, and expertise. Our Sprinter RV blew a bearing (far from a repair shop) and required hours of painstaking removal of a shredded and tangled belt. He ordered parts and returned to complete the job as promised, even rearranging his own schedule to accommodate us and get us back on the road as fast as possible.
