New patient appointment. 1.Arrived on time to see Dr. Seligson just to be told that my appointment was with another doctor. Their error. 2. Rude receptionist with heavy cold would not cover mouth when coughing and spread germs over waiting room with elderly patients. I suggested she wear a mask, and she turned her back on me. 3. Waiting time nearly 1 hour before being seen. 4. Medical staff did a good job, once I was seen.
