We hired Sal to come cook after our elopement and all of his dishes absolutely knocked it out of the park! My family, who typically would thumb their nose at any food which isn’t the same food they eat and prepared the same way, ate everything down to the last crumb! The timing on the food was also exactly on point. The dishes came out after enough time to be ready for the next meal and were at the perfect temperature. I will definitely be hiring Sal next time I have a gathering in Breckenridge.
Not kidding in the least bit: a breakfast so good we decided to extend our stay an extra day to enjoy it again. Absolutely delightful. House made everything. Flawless benedicts, smoked duck 😍 Do not pass up the griddled banana bread. Also, the espresso white russian.
