Had a MRI of My knee yesterday. Was a great experience. They do their job with efficiency and kindness. Would definitely go back if needed.
This company makes everyone pay upfront. It’s been over 2 months since my husband’s image was done which is fully covered by insurance. But they have STILL not filled the claim so I can get my $600 payment refunded. DO NIT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Nicest staff you will find anywhere! Very clean and pleasing facility. Excellent techs and imaging! This is less expensive that a copay at Watauga area hospitals! Easy straight ride from Boone. So glad this facility exists!!!
