We had the displeasure of dealing with Kenny at this company. Our house is new construction and a heating strip went out on the coldest weekend in Feb 2016. He came out on a Saturday after our builder contacted him but did nothing other than point a heat gun around and say it would take a while for the house to heat up. He never looked at the system inside or out. We ran the system for 48 hours and it never got above 57 degrees.
