This window pane was defective and a replacement was sent to us. Finding someone to replace it was now the challenge. Received insane quotes from 2 other companies and then on a whim I called High Country Glass. Within a few hours the owner Nick called and had me quoted and scheduled for replacement that week. The price was not only fair but significantly less than the other companies. Nick and his team did an amazing job! Super communication while we waited for our custom glass order to come in, something rare these days! Nick checked in weekly to keep us updated on shipment processing.. The project install went seamlessly and we couldn’t be happier with the new windows!
High Country Glass LLC has restored my faith in being able to count on receiving the best of service when I am in need of services. Due to faulty windows, I was in need to have new window panes installed in my existing windows. I had to first arrange for the warrantee replacements. Then find an installer.
