Have always been very helpful and have even come in after hrs to cut glass for us when we had a window break.
Incredibly unreliable! How they are still in business boggles my mind. I have tried for months to get them to come out to my house. They say they are coming and then nothing. What a joke.
Good Service, Good customer support and they got the project done in a very fast turn around time. Very pleased with High country Glass!
Sounds like they went to the same business/customer service school as T&T Flooring..... Sad when businesses in such a small community can't be trusted. Writing a response to a review as nasty as that just shows the unprofessionalism that Brittany spoke of... I suggest to Brittany to also file a complaint with the BBB!! I could not post without giving a 1star rating?????
