We had our second story sliding doors replaced and a very heavy iron balcony had to be moved for the install. They were professional, responsive, did an excellent job, and their fees were very reasonable. Would hire them again for other projects.
I am pretty sure my 1980’s , dated , master bath and walk in closet was likely the ugliest that Loren at HCC, Inc had ever seen! I was embarrassed to even have him see it ! The master bedroom needed a face lift as well. Loren was gracious with a sense of humor and said they could easily make improvements with whatever I wanted . We have used High Country Construction for many years. Our backyard was a steep slope with rocks and weeds. We hated it! Loren made the realization of my vision a resort reality. He poured massive amounts of cement, installed a fire-pit, a privacy wall and he replaced our old deck with a much larger one. He made sure that he understood what we wanted. I had High Country Construction replace the inferior wood product on the entire front of my house with a superior, long lasting product. The crew of workers who did the work did a fantastic job of tearing down and replacing the old with the new. I knew I could trust this crew to do a beautiful job. And they did.
After meeting with several contractors Loren was the only one to provide a detailed breakdown of the work needed to remodel my 1960s kitchen. When Loren and his team discovered issues with the plumbing and subfloor, as is often the case with an older home, the problems were explained clearly so I could understand the proper way to fix it.
