Made a appointment for 8am for Labcorp. Checked in online, added insurance info and all other req info. Waited until 8:15 and the lab was still closed with 10 people waiting outside. Finally got a text at 8:30 let me know the tech was almost ready and to come to the waiting area. As I never wait more then 10 mins past an appointment time (hence the whole reason to schedule an appointment) I had already left. Labcorp, this is very unprofessional and absolutely unacceptable. I have been going here for the last 5 years and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. Rachel Goosens is fantastic! She actually takes the time to listen and explain things so you can understand. I can't say enough good things about high country community health.
