They cannot hold therapists for whatever reason. You work with someone for several weeks, months even then they are gone. Front desk Shyla is amazing when you actually get through to her. Otherwise, calls get filtered to Idaho or another location and messages don't get passed along to providers. I call ahead whenever I need to cancel appointments because I respect people's time, but was accused two months later of No call/no showing. That is POOR communication on their part.
