I've brought my truck here on several occasions and they have always been honest and provided good service. Once I mistakenly thought my truck needed new brake pads. They took a look, cleaned the pads and sent me on my way free of charge. They have also gone out of their way to help me when dealing with a reimbursement through Toyota.
Genuinely disappointed not just in the supposed brake check they did but the poor customer service. Took my vehicle to two different shops after high country auto repair. They said the could not believe there is anyway possible they could have missed what the missed. After $500 in repairs and $200 in tow truck and a near death experience all I wanted was a refund. I appreciated them getting the parts I needed quickly, the service done quickly and Kerri was easy to work with and very friendly.

Not that much in a HURRY ! My car overheated and I had to have my car repaired. I was charged for - upper rad. hose, thermostat and seal, and radiator cap. (I was told by the owner before "repairs" that it was probably a loose rad. cap) we conitinued on into Chicago where I needed to replace the water pump and cap !If you have the time - do yourself a favor and go else where!
These guys are great! They do quality repair work and stand behind it. Also, they won't push unnecessary work. The most "On the Level" auto repair shop I have ever been to.
