Based on a friend's recommendation we had Jiri and his assistant refresh the window frames, beams, decks and siding on our house last summer. They did an excellent and diligent job returning the wood to its natural state before staining and painting. They were a pleasure to work with and completed to job on schedule and budget. I certainly would have them back when we need another refreshing.

Jiri, Matus and everyone at High Contrast Painting did an amazing job painting the interior of my entire Whistler home! Ceilings, walls and windows, top to bottom were painted transforming water stained orange cedar to a creamy warm Swiss coffee. The transformation is incredible. We had the pleasure of hiring Jiri to stain the new trim on a large interior window, and to re-stain interior doors damaged by dogs. Was a challenging project as required matching to existing wood trim/doors throughout the house. Jiri did a wonderful job. Was very professional, reliable and did excellent workmanship. No hesitation in recommending Jiri as a painter. He is very good.
