We are on the road in our Class A motorhome and the stater went out. We called Napa Auto parts and they had the right stater in stock for our motorhome. We called High Chaparral and the wonderful lady there said she would call her mechanic and have him meet us at the shop. There was plenty of room for our big rig there. The mechanic was excellent and took off the old stater and installed the new one. We were back on the road. We are so grateful to her and the mechanic. Thank you!
I highly recommend this shop. We called road service because a bolt broke on the axle bushing. They came and did everything quickly and inexpensively. Very good feedback
Five stars. If you’re a truck driver traveling through northern Arizona, I can’t recommend High Chaparral LLC enough. We had our brakes replaced in Wisconsin before heading to Phoenix. On the way back north through the mountains, one started dragging and the tire temperature spiked. We had to pull over and let things cool down. We found High Chaparral and arrived right at closing time, but Chance stayed late without hesitation.
