Rented a U-Haul and when I showed up, no one was at the shop. It was during posted business hours (1130am on a Wednesday). A guy finally shows up 20 minutes later and said the main guy was not in so he was on stand by from his house nearby and got there as soon as he could. He then calls someone else who was not answering the phone and I sat there for another 30 minutes waiting for the guy to call back to confirm my reservation. Because of certain circumstances, they were not able to fix the problem (DPF / computer issues only dealer ship can fix) and David adjust the price accordingly. Most of the repair facility would of charge full price no mater what. They helped us and I didn't need to ask for anything. That tells a lot about this shop. Thank you again and we will keep you in mind if needed
