They are absolutely the best!! I’ve had to call them twice over the past couple years and I will continue to use them in the future.
I’ve done business with High Caliber Mechanical since they started. Today I had an issue with my residential hvac unit. They got me on the schedule and had a technician show up quickly. Josh checked the unit over top to bottom, performed some maintenance, and had me going within an hour. These guys are fast, professional, and the only ones I call for service.
I called at 8pm and was called back withing 5 minutes. The technician came out at the time I was told. Fixed my AC problem. Great experience.
Overall I’m pleased with the installation and communication with the technician. Josh was great. They were very nice to deal with.
