I highly recommend this company! Chris came out on Saturday (quickly) and was able to diagnose a mistake made by another company and found an additional issue that we had. He took the time to explain the issues, the way to repair them, and his prices were fair. His customer service was excellent! You can tell that he really cares about the work that he does and that is very important to me. I called for a second opinion and High Caliber saved me over $5000. They were transparent about scheduling and price, honest about diagnosis and professional opinion, and answered all of my questions which gave me a better understanding of my units needs and confidence in the repairs needed to be performed. I will choose High Caliber for all of my future HVAC needs!
Had a company nearby come out and told me that because the systems were 2 different brands, they would not work together. They said there was a leak but they couldn’t find it and quoted $18,000 to replace both. Chris came out and within 30 minutes found and patched the leak!!! He literally saved me 18,000 dollars. I will not go anywhere else for future needs and I will always recommend him! Plus he’s honest and straightforward about the issue which is hard to find!
High Caliber provided excellent service on my service call. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and repair my AC quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend High Caliber and will use them exclusively in the future.
