Excellent customer service. High quality work at a reasonable rate. Staff goes above and beyond to help you out. Follow Up: Been over a year since last problem was fixed and currently had another issue. High Caliber was excellent to deal with. Extremely happy with their service and customer service!!!

This is my second time taking my truck to this shop for an icbc claim. The first time was great! They got me in fast and did the repairs well (hence why I’m not putting one star) This time around is very different, they do have different staff so that may be a factor. I got into an accident in march in northern Alberta. Got my truck in drivable condition to get back to bc and kept all my receipts as I was told I’d be reimbursed at the end. High quality customer service, and high quality autobody work. High Caliber recently helped me out with getting a ICBC hail damage claim. Wow, lucky to have this shop in the Kootenays. Worth the drive to Creston 100% !
Super great service all around. They were super straight foward, honest with qouting and what had to be done, and did a great job fixing the dent on my truck. When i picked it up, it was nicer and cleaner than when I dropped it off. 10/10 I don't often review, but they're worth it. Thanks High Caliber!
