I experienced a very rude employee encounter when I came in to ask the simple question: What sort of things do you offer to make this a social club, like can I bring a friend or two to come hang out here if we explore and pay for a service? I was judged, it was assumed I wouldn't pay for any services, or somthing. Because I was told that people only "Hang" out here when they are getting services and that unless I was interested in a service if I could continue on cause they need to attend to a client. I had the BEST experience at High Brow Social Club with Joe Brows and his Speakeasy Saturday Market. The shop itself is amazing, has such a cool vibe, gorgeous aesthetic, and the staff are all so professional while still being genuinely warm and welcoming. And Joe?? An absolute gem. You can instantly tell how passionate he is about what he does, and that energy really makes the whole experience feel special. Absolutely fabulous in every way. The atmosphere, the people, the care, the welcoming environment, the products, and the services TOP NOTCH. Jesse took myself and my husband in as walk in tattoos and he didn't miss a beat. We will be life long clients. I also got treated to eyebrow consultation at the same time as getting my hand tattooed by the owner Joe. Haha I felt like a princess. Thank you everyone!
