While the on-site employees have always been kind and genuinely tried to help, the real problems stem from upper management. We’ve been dealing with smoke from another tenant leaking into our apartment for over six months, ruining clothing, bedding, and making our home unpleasant. Despite repeatedly reporting this, management has taken no responsibility. Only reason this is not getting a 1 star is because it was a good commute for work and close to the lake front. Bottom line this community is NOT worth the $1800-$2000 a month. Cheap appliances, cheap fixtures. Cheap everything that does not justify the price. You have to pay for everything. Water, sewer, lights, internet, etc. EVERYTHING. I had the pleasure of working with leasing and touring these apartments/townhomes and can say without a doubt - there is no other place in Grafton that I would consider. The grounds are maintained all seasons, the community events are always so much fun and highly attended, and the team truly makes you feel that they are guests in your neighborhood. And the units themselves, they are the nicest with upgraded appliances and luxury touches and so well maintained, and most importantly financially smart. Love where you live!

Office and maintenance staff are quick and attentive. Move in was swift and exciting (the townhome was well kept and sparkling when we moved in). We love the access to the Interurban trail and doggy spa as well! Highly recommend the area, specifically this community.
