Great atmosphere, building, people and classes. One "hidden secret" is their spin bike classes. Instructors are aware that not everyone is in Tour de France shape. Bikes are great. So are the leaders/instructors. I also like the lap pool and weight area. Off to the ���for a 7:30 AM start.
Crowded in gym area & in classes. Too many classes for older people. Needs more class options for younger adults.
