Love the gym itself, however the management reacted poorly to a legal and safety situation that happened on the property earlier this year. Police were involved, and despite the obvious need for more and better cameras outside, particularly by the hot tub, they have failed to add cameras or even address the concern for cameras at all. Absolutely love this gym. The owners treat me like family. Never had any issues with the staff. Went to the south side recently bc I moved to the south part of town, they have the same equipment from years before when I used to be a member there. At least at the north side I can see my money in the gym. Carol has done a great job at adding new equipment, new weights and even added a room for heavy lifting. Best gym in town, hands down!!
Awesome gym. Was visiting for the weekend, and was impressed and surprised with all the equipment. Plus it's clean and friendly. I'm mostly into powerlifting, but they also had a lot of nice Hammer bodybuilding machines. And the space is way bigger than the photos make it look. Very disrespectful people at the front desk, seems like two women one black hair one orange or brown. Completely rude and even gives you dirty looks. Yes I can totally go and “try” talking to the manager but doubt anything would even be done. This type of negligence and horrible customer service shouldn’t be tolerated in a gym where you should feel safe and comfortable. ESPECIALLY getting greeted.
