Very disrespectful people at the front desk, seems like two women one black hair one orange or brown. Completely rude and even gives you dirty looks. Yes I can totally go and “try” talking to the manager but doubt anything would even be done. This type of negligence and horrible customer service shouldn’t be tolerated in a gym where you should feel safe and comfortable. ESPECIALLY getting greeted. I was visiting my sister in El Prado after not seeing her for 11 years. I live in Chatham NJ. As a 72 year old who had both knees replaced in 2024 plus having surgery for a ruptured quadriceps tendon, my doctor wanted me to not miss 3 full weeks of exercise. I’ve belonged to the same health club in Chatham, NJ for 30 years and didn’t expect to find much in El Prado. Boy, was I wrong. Had everything workout equipment and individual would need. Some equipment was a little older but certainly functional. My wife & I were pleased.
Came to High Altitude most days for 3 months while in Taos seasonally and loved it. Highly recommend to all. Thanks High Altitude!
