Levi and his brother were prompt and professional, even under duress as they got their truck and trailer stuck trying to get it backed up. As they were trying, the steering rod fell off one end of the truck! Despite all of that and all the extra time they were here calling for help and getting their own problem taken care of they STILL put in the insulation instead of rescheduling me. I highly recommend High Altitude Insulation. . They believe in customer service and go above and beyond to satisfy the customer’s needs. They are honest and very knowledgeable. They explain what needst to be done and then deliver. They do what they say t they will do They are fair and very easy to work with. Highly recommended
Very pleasant and professional to work with. Showed up on time, cleaned up after they were done and provided the necessary paperwork to submit to the Utilities for our rebate. Highly recommend!
