Trying to get a referral from these guys to a trauma surgeon and they put you on hold for 10 mins then to a messaging system.
I visited this facility for about about 2 years. Dr. Higgins has helped me to figure out some of my medical conditions are. However, his staff is extremely racist and very incompetent. I had to numerous of times, asked them to send my medical records to my long-term disability insurance. The insurance denied my claim after a month of not having any of my records, in which Dr. Higgins office falsely claimed that they sent it a few times.
