After someone else snaked my line and told me it all needed to be replaced, Higgins came out for a second estimate, was able to get their camera past where the first company did, and then was able to actually properly clear all of the roots from the line. The first company only cleared maybe an inch wide gap of roots, so it would very quickly clog again, whereas Higgins used a variety of tools to clean the entire width of the pipe. Mark and his young helper who assisted are such pros, and super nice guys. We've used Higgins for years and will continue for our older neighborhood home.
Higgins Sewer & Drain is fantastic!! Mark was super knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly. He arrived exactly on time and figured out my floor drain problem right away. Afterwards, Mark thoroughly tested everything to confirm it was working correctly and tidied up, leaving the area cleaner than it was when he arrived. On top of that, his price was very reasonable and matched the initial quote. I'll definitely recommend him to any friends / family who need similar work done!
Oh my gosh. Arrived 20 minutes after we talked, did the job quickly and left no mess and was very professional and nice. I will call him back out from here to eternity when I have a problem!!!!
Just the best and believe me I have used some bad. Higgins is knowledgeable, professional, and priced fairly. Will not make up reasons to over charge.
