He came out quickly to fix our backed up drains that were causing our basement to flood. He is very kind and hard working. Got the job done right and cleaned up after himself! We will definitely use his services in the future!

After someone else snaked my line and told me it all needed to be replaced, Higgins came out for a second estimate, was able to get their camera past where the first company did, and then was able to actually properly clear all of the roots from the line. The first company only cleared maybe an inch wide gap of roots, so it would very quickly clog again, whereas Higgins used a variety of tools to clean the entire width of the pipe. Afterwards, Mark thoroughly tested everything to confirm it was working correctly and tidied up, leaving the area cleaner than it was when he arrived. On top of that, his price was very reasonable and matched the initial quote. I'll definitely recommend him to any friends / family who need similar work done!
