I’ve had countless therapists in the last ten years, and I can confidently say that Dr Higgins is incredibly effective. I have achieved more progress in the last year with her than many years prior. Our sessions have been an absolute gift to my life. She is incisive (in the best way), thoughtful, and practical. Highly recommend. Also, her administrative assistant makes navigating the healthcare system (which is often exhausting) as easy as possible.
