I have a multi unit complex that developed a pest problem. I called Higgins Pest Control and was put in touch with one of their technicians. He is the definition of professional. He thoroughly inspected the property, took the time to explain how best to remedy the problem, and had his equipment with him so that he could treat the property immediately after the inspection. He was also available and responsive to follow up questions I had. Great person to work with.

We experienced a strange flying ant epidemic. In complete fear, I dialed Higgins Pest Control, and they dispatched someone pretty quickly. They were incredibly accommodating of my children who were all homeschooling and very professional. Fortunately, the ants were eliminated after one treatment and haven't returned. The price seemed acceptable to me. I have no concerns because they charged us less than I anticipated.

Mike was great. He was professional, thorough and asked us several times if we had any more questions or concerns he could cover before he left. People usually only take the time to complain so I wanted to pass some great feedback your way! Appreciate you getting someone so good out so quickly!

I have used Higgins Pest Control for many years and have had a great experience. The people who took care of our property changed frequently for a while but we have had a good lady for several months and she is very dedicated to doing a good job.

I used this company for spraying. They come out when I want them to. They also guaranteed their work and also they checked to make sure that I don’t have termites. If there is an infestation of termites, they agreed to cover that under the same plan. Am pleased!
