Mr. Higgins represented my children in Broome County Family Court for several years. He was always had their best interest at heart and caught for their rights. He did his best for the children, always, determined to spend whatever effort needed to succeed on behalf of the voices that needed to be heard above the self centered courts. Binghamton Lawyer Review – I had the opportunity to see Mr. Norbert Higgins in Supreme Court, Broome County, Binghamton, NY. Anyone who knows me, knows that I tell it like it is and I cannot see any better way to tell you about Mr. Higgins, than to quote him directly from the transcript of the proceeding: Mr Higgins said "I'm sorry, Judge, I wasn't following it that much." I believe his words speak for themselves...
