My home AC kept cycling on and off without cooling properly. The technician checked the thermostat first and discovered it was malfunctioning. He replaced it with a newer, programmable model and showed me how to set schedules for better efficiency. He also checked refrigerant levels to ensure everything was balanced. The system now runs smoothly and keeps the temperature exactly where I want it. I appreciated how he took the time to explain the work and make sure I was comfortable with the new setup.

When our air conditioner malfunctioned during a heat wave, The Woodlands Heating & Cooling came to our rescue. Their technician was amiable, effective, and professional. The cost was reasonable, and the repair was finished promptly. Outstanding customer service from beginning to end. I wouldn't entrust our HVAC system to anybody else. Strongly advised!
