Took apart system efficiently, no mess.
The issue was a clogged filter that needed replacement, which they identified and fixed within an hour after coordinating with building management to gain access. The technician was thorough and ensured the system was running optimally before leaving.
Our AC started blowing warm air and after checking the filters and thermostat, I called for a professional opinion. The technician identified a refrigerant leak and managed to repair it within an hour; I've noticed an improvement compared to last summer's service.
Efficient A/C maintenance, no issues.
I expected a routine checkup, and the technician spent nearly an hour meticulously cleaning and inspecting every component, which left me confident in the system's performance over the last few days. This was more thorough compared to previous maintenance visits by other companies.
