One of their service man came to our location in order to provide a quote for pool liner and all extras that we needed: cover, lights, heater, fittings; he promised to provide a quote and never did. When we called again, one of their customer service agents told us that we need to finish all other construction work in order for them to give us a quote, knowing that all other construction is not related to the pool and will not be finished by the end of the summer. Rob and his team have been awesome to work with. The teams are polite and friendly but most importantly they treated our house like they were guests. Site was clean and made safe everyday. Our work was done in 2021 and we have had Rob do two additional jobs since then. His experience allows him to provide really valuable guidance on not only the technical aspects of the work, but on the visual and usability of the space. I had a major landscape project done almost 8 years ago. I had nothing but praise for Rob Higgins and his workers at the time my work was done. 8 years later an issue surfaced that was performed by another company as part of the extensive project which was all coordinated by Higgins Hardscape. We highly recommend Higgins Hardscape, they are so easy and friendly to work with. All the staff also are involved as a team.
We have just started a pool and patio refresh with Rob and his team. Working through the planning stages, making material choices and settling on a design - each step so far, Rob and crew have been professional, informative and helpful. Day one of demo, the team was efficient and cleaned up the site at days end. We are looking forward to having a new backyard to enjoy this summer.
