If you want to be defrauded on a sale of a property, then you should use Higgins! Even making a simple request like someone to do an estate sale, has them give a referral to a woman who has drug and burglary charges! Every step of the way with them was torture, including 2 days prior to the closing having them threaten us if we want the closing to happen we would have to take $275,000 less for the property or else!
