We are still in the middle of the pandemic and many do not feel comfortable visiting locations and would prefer finding other ways to view the property. I am writing this review to tell everyone NOT TO TRUST the pictures Higgins group puts on Zillow or MLS or anywhere. They are not accurate representations of the property. RecommendedI cannot stress how on hand and involved this Team is. Melissa Mercaldo and all included leave no stone unturned. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rich Reynolds of the Higgins Group. He was knowledgeable, attentive, friendly and great to work with. My husband and I are first time homeowners and had many questions through out the process. He was there to answer them and went above and beyond to make sure we had what was needed.
